A native of New Orleans, Francis has over 25 years of mass communications experience in media, public relations and marketing. Previously, Francis served as the director of public relations at Southern University at New Orleans (SUNO) where he led a branding effort and managed the Quality Enhancement Program marketing campaign for the university’s 2011 reaccreditation. As a broadcaster, Francis became known to Southeast Louisiana radio listeners for his work at WYLD-FM and WQUE-FM. He is a recipient of a Press Club of New Orleans award for his 2010 radio interview with Rwandan genocide survivor Immaculée Ilibagiza.
Recognized for her expertise in enrollment marketing, Foster has more than 15 years experience in strategic growth initiatives in the higher education sector. She served on the founder’s executive staff at Liberty University, and led its strategic communications division, overseeing digital advertising for online programs. Foster has authored and edited numerous publications, and has been featured in the National Liberty Journal, Coastal Virginia Magazine, Savor Virginia Magazine, Lynchburg Living Magazine, Lynchburg Business Magazine, and Central Virginia Family Guide, among many others. She is a distinguished speaker, having presented at the NACUBO conference with panelists from J.P. Morgan and Moody's and numerous other presentations.

John Busby is a seasoned analytics, marketing & product leader. He is currently the Chief Analytics Officer of Centerfield Media, a tech-enabled marketing services company for global brands, and advises AI & marketing startups. John previously held senior leadership positions at Amazon and Marchex. Outside of work, John coaches youth hockey, and enjoys sports, poker and hanging out with his wife, Katie, and two children.
